Distance Selling Agreement

1. PARTIES

This agreement is entered into between OceanConverter (Seller) and the user purchasing the service (Buyer), effective as of the date of electronic confirmation.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of digital credit and subscription services ordered by the Buyer electronically from the Seller's website.

3. DELIVERY OF SERVICE

The products are digital content. Once payment is confirmed, they are automatically assigned to the Buyer's account. The Buyer acknowledges that the purchased service falls under "Instantly Performed Services".

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Article 15(ğ) of the Regulation; the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in "contracts regarding services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer".
